First ever Award for Best Undergraduate Thesis organized in association with IAB and KSRM. Award Coordinator: Ar. M. Arefeen Ibrahim [Secretary, Education. 23rd EC] ___Award Giving Ceremony of KSRM Awards for Future Architects___ The much-awaited award giving ceremony of “KSRM AWARDS FOR FUTURE ARCHITECTS for Best Undergraduate Thesis, in association with IAB” was held on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Hotel Intercontinental Dhaka.

‘KSRM Awards for Future Architects’ is a prestigious award that aims to recognize the outstanding graduation projects nominated from IAB-accredited architecture schools in Bangladesh. The first cycle of this award was launched in 2019 following a Memorandum of Understanding signed between Kabir Steel Re-Rolling Mills (KSRM), one of the country’s leading steel manufacturer and the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).

Ar. Nabi Newaz Khan, General Secretary of IAB and Ar. sayem Rahmatullah, Director of IAB Awards 2023 welcomed Ar. Chana Sumpalung at Dhaka Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, as the foreign Juror for the IAB Awards 2023 Jury that held on 2nd & 3rd February, 2024.
